HIRON Management Consulting Ltd., founded in 1992, is one of the first private management consulting companies in Bulgarian.
In 1993 HIRON became a full member of the Bulgarian Association of Management Consultants (BAMC) which has been a member of the Federation of European Consultancy Associations (FEACO) since 1990 and in 1997 became a founder of Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting Organisations (BAMCO) that in 1999 became a member of the International Council of the Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).
In 2006, after a successfully realised project co-funded by the EC Leonardo da Vinci Programme, HIRON enlarged the scope of its services with the development of Internet based platform for virtual training and supporting young entrepreneurs (European Virtual Incubator).
In 2007 together with the group of professionals the firm established a Centre for European Programmes and Training (CEPO).The CEPO is now accredited by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training to give a continued professional education of 2nd and 3rd qualification level in the following professions: marketing and advertisement; finances; banking and insurance; book-keeping and taxes; management and administration; office administration; ICT.
CEPO starts working actively in assisting the organisations to apply successfully for EC Operational programmes funding.
Our team is aiming at foreseeing the changes in business environment and providing the private companies, state agencies and foreign investors with specialized and practically oriented consulting services. We help our clients to better understand the complex of business problems and to identify the needs for change. Our mission is to contribute to better understanding the strategic approach and knowledge management in Bulgarian companies and institutions. After the entry of Bulgaria into the European Union the effectiveness of working with the programmes and funds of the EU became our main priority.
