- In the begging of 2008 HIRON MC concluded contracts for co-operation and assistance in projects' preparation for financing from the European Community Structural funds with the following banks:
- In the end of 2007 was successfully finalised the KMPlus project where HIRON Management Consulting Ltd. is participating since November 2004 together with UK based consulting company IAGO European Consultants Ltd. and 11 other European organisations. - Center for European Programs and Training
In 2007 HIRON MC was licensed by NAVET as Center for vocational training and since September CEPO (Center for European Programs and Training) is operating. 
- Elaboration of the project: "Technological modernization and investment in the management of the company for soft drink production - DILKO CANKOV Ltd, Kneja" - PHARE BG 2006/164.05.01 "Financial support for increasing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian companies (Phase 3)"
- Elaboration of the project: "Development of the company`s management,LEMI - TRAFO, Pernik" - PHARE BG 2006/164.05.01 "Financial support for increasing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian companies (Phase 3)"
- Research, analyse and update of the "Development plan of the Pernik Municipality for 2007 - 2013 - strategic part", approved on 20.3.2008 by the Council of Pernik Municipality.
- "Recondition, equipment and implementation of energy saving measures to the buildings of IV Secondary General School "St. Kl. Ohridski" and X General School "Aleko Konstantinov" for the Municipality of Pernik, submitted to the Managing Authority of OP “Regional Development”.
- Elaboration of the project: "Revitalisation and reconstruction of the medieval fortress “Krakra” near Pernik, for making it a place for continuous studying and promotion of the archaeological heritage and cultural-historical tourism" for Pernik Municipality introduced to the Central coordination unit for the Financial mechanism of the European economical area (EEA) to the MF.
- Valuation of the capital of five Bulgarian factories.
- Consultancy services in the project Europe Aid /123103/D/SER/BG, Technical help to the MInistry of Economy and Energy BG2005/017-586.04.02, "Initiatives for clusters' development - Phase II".
- Bulgaria's representative in the IMP3rove project.
