Lemi Trafo is a fast-growing medium-sized enterprise for the production of oil transformers - high and low voltage. Most of the production is realized on the domestic market, but after the country's accession to the European Union, there has been a tendency for increasing exports. As a result of the rapid development of the company in the period 2007 - 2009, in the organization and management of business processes there have been gaps and the management of the company realized that its growth limit had been reached. Investments were needed for expanding the capacity and modernize the company, optimize its business processes and implement a development strategy.
