Past-Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting organizations . Specialized in strategic management, business valuation, financial analysis, investment appraisals. Member of Supervisory Board of the Privatization Agency.

Vanda Hristov - Financial Manager
MSc in Economics at the Academy of Economics in Katowice, Poland. Till 1992 specialist in Central Machine Building Institute. Specialized in accounting, management organization, marketing.

Marionela Simova - Manager of CEPO (Center for European Programs and Training) to HIRON MC
MSc in mathematics and information technology at the SU" St. Kliment Ohridski" in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since 1999 until the beginning of 2005 is a manger of the National Agency "Leonardo Da Vinci" - Bulgaria. Specialized in institutional management, human resources, national and international projects.
