IMP3rove Project - INNOVA EU Programme

A network of European organizations, including HIRON Management Consulting, developed and introduced a common European platform for innovation management - a methodology for assessing innovation management in small and medium-sized enterprises. A procedure for measuring and benchmarking innovation management in enterprises was established based on the A.T Kearney innovation house model. Innovation management is considered a crucial factor for business success. With the help of a methodology, a platform, and trained consultants, businesses can answer the question whether innovation management is effective enough to ensure a strong competitive position.
Activities of the HIRON's team
After understanding the project methodology, the role of the consultants consisted in the implementation of the methodology in 15 Bulgarian small and medium enterprises. In the process of implementation of the project for Bulgaria, the following was done:
* Adaptation of the on-site application methodology;
* Visiting businesses and getting to know their guides with the methodology and benefits of using it;
* Facilitating (on-site support) the self-assessment procedure;
* Analyzing and reporting the results;
* Developing programmes for introducing improvements.
